    A fully qualified CPA with a Masters in Accounting and 20+ years of experience across multiple industries and geographies, including years spent as a CFO himself. Passionate about reducing the cost of entry-level finance work and building balanced, high-performing finance teams.

  • Rohit MalooCOO & Co-Founder

    A practicing Chartered Accountant and MBA (Finance) who started his career as a Business Analyst at an investment bank. Partners directly with Australian businesses to bring structure, accuracy, and visibility to their finance operations.

  • Aditya ShahCo-Founder

    Founder & CEO of Because, a branding and marketing consultancy built on bringing objectivity and data to brand strategy rather than opinion. With 14+ years in media and marketing, including senior roles at one of India's major media houses and in the education sector, Aditya has spent his career building brands and teams from the ground up — the same instinct now behind Becide.

Why we built this

Every AI vendor selling into finance teams promises insight. Almost none of them have run a finance function. We have — and the thing that actually slows a monthly close or a board pack isn't a lack of software, it's messy underlying data that no off-the-shelf connector will ever fully catch.
