What Becide is for — and what it isn't

- Lawful business analysis
Use Becide for legitimate financial analysis on data you own or are authorised to access.
- Authorised connectors only
Configure connectors for systems you control or have contractual rights to use.
- Colleague-scoped sharing
Share access only with colleagues authorised by your organisation administrator.
- Human review of AI output
Verify AI-assisted outputs with qualified reviewers before decisions with legal or significant financial effect.
- Violate applicable law
Including privacy, financial services, or export control regulations.
- Attack the platform
No malware, exploits, or attempted unauthorised access to Becide or third-party systems.
- Probe other tenants
Scanning or testing other tenants' data or infrastructure is prohibited.
- Circumvent controls
No reverse engineering, decompilation, or bypassing security except as permitted by law.
- Harass or defraud
No impersonation, harassment, or distribution of unlawful or harmful content.
- Systematic extraction
Do not use the Service to build a competing product by scraping outputs.
AI and sensitive information
Do not enter sensitive personal information — including health, biometric, or government identifiers — into AI features unless necessary, permitted, and covered by your privacy obligations.
Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal or significant financial effect without qualified human review. Do not misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-verified fact in regulated contexts without review. Do not send unsolicited communications or spam through platform features.
Connector and data responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you upload or connect. Ensure retention and deletion practices in Becide align with your internal policies and applicable law.
Monitoring and enforcement
We may monitor usage for security, abuse detection, and service integrity. We may suspend or terminate access without notice where necessary to protect the platform or other clients.
Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or regulators. We may preserve evidence as required by law.
